Our pet care price guide

Our terms and conditions

To keep our facilities safe and our residents healthy, we require all guests to arrive with their current and valid immunisation card. See below for dogs with European passports.
  • Dogs must also have had the kennel cough vaccine. This needs to be administered at least ten days before coming into kennels as it is a live vaccine
  • Our prices do include food and we do stock most brands. However, if we do not have your pet's current food, you may bring your own and we will reduce the fee by 50p per day.
  • If bringing raw food please bring in meal sized bagged portions and only 1 weeks supply for freezing
  • You pay for the day you arrive but if you leave before 12 noon on the day of departure, we do not charge for that day
  • Dogs are exercised individually in one of our 3 enclosed paddocks, at least 3 times daily
  • Cats are able to stay within our single, double or triple accommodation facilities
  • We have an open door policy as our facilities are always clean and safe
  • A £40 non-returnable deposit is required when making a reservation.
  • WE DO NOT TAKE XL BULLIES and we reserve then right to refuse and dog we consider unmanageable for health and safety reasons. 
  • Any dog with a European passport must also have proof that they have been tested and DO NOT have Brucellosis.

  • Small dogs - £19 Up to the size of a Westie
  • Medium dogs - £20
  • Large dogs - £20.50
  • Giant dogs - £21 St. Bernards, Great Danes
Cats
  • Single cats - £14 
  • Cats sharing (2) - £24
We are open for drop-off or collection at selected times during the day:
  • Monday to Saturday: 09:00 – 12:00 and 14:00 – 16:30
  • Sunday and bank holidays: 9:00 – 12:00

We are committed to protecting personal information. This privacy policy relates to the use of any personal information we collect from you.

The personal information we collect from you:

In accordance with the licence from South Derbyshire Council, we collect your personal details, e.g. your name, address, contact telephone number, vet you normally use and details of your pet. This is all recorded on paper and never put onto a P.C. As you continue to use the kennels or cattery, this information may be updated from time to time. We keep this information for 24-months after you cease to use us unless you inform us that you have moved, your pet is deceased or you no longer wish to use the business. Your information is never shared with any other person other than your named vet as we may need to contact them for the benefit of your pet.

Security:

We put in place reasonable security measures to protect against any unauthorised access or damage to, or disclosure or loss of your information. All records kept are either shredded and or incinerated on the premises once they are obsolete.

Your rights:
Please let us know if your information changes, as it is important that the personal information we hold about you, particularly your contact details are accurate and up-to-date. You can ask us to remove your personal information from our records at any time and we will do so. You have the right to request a copy of all the personal information we hold about you. To do this, simply write to us at the address below. We will take all reasonable steps to confirm your identity before providing you with details of any personal information we may hold about you.

Changes to this privacy policy:
We may amend this privacy policy from time to time to keep it updated or to comply with legal requirements. If there will be any significant changes made to the use of your personal information in a manner different from that stated, we will seek your permission first.
